Serve In The Church
There are several opportunities to serve at Morning Star no matter which service you attend – in person or online, or when you attend. Serving is one of the best ways to meet people, develop relationships, and grow as a follower of Christ. Serving opportunities are available throughout the week.

Morning Star Church Las Cruces, seeks a part-time, professional bookkeeper to coordinate with our accounting firm and provide in-house bookkeeping services. Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel is required. Experience with and understanding
of non-profit accounting practices is preferred.
Greeter Team Members
A Greeting Team Member is responsible for the initial greeting of anyone attending weekend worship. They will work alongside a team to create a positive guest experience for anyone participating in weekend worship at Morning Star.
Kids Team Member
Our vision in Morning Star Kids is to 1. ensure that kids know that they are loved by Jesus and 2. to form safe and healthy relationships with peers and adults. We have serving positions open for nursery age kiddos (0-2), preschool aged (3-5), and elementary age kiddos (K-5th grade).

Host Team Member
A Host Team Member is responsible for preparing the sanctuary for worship, welcoming people into the space and hosting and serving throughout the worship service. They will work with their team to create a comfortable environment where all people feel connected to God and one another.
